OnCall was a wireless and voice mail company providing sales, service, and foreign export.
She grew the company successfully by utilizing secondary marketing. She expanded the OnCall market share further through acquisition of other companies. She sold OnCall in 1993.
Franklin’s consulting/ coaching practice officially began in 1999 having graduated from Academy for Coach Training. She utilizes her years of business experience working with individuals and groups to identify the big picture, discover their values, mission and vision, and helps them develop a realistic and measurable action plan. All the while keeping their focus on, “What do I need to be doing, right now?”
She delivers client support through homework, facilitation, coaching, brainstorming, teaching, and nagging.
